We offer a one-year warranty on the entire machine (consumable spare parts such as marking pins/cartridges are not included), a two-year warranty on the fiber laser source, and a one-year warranty on the CO2 and UV laser sources. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. We also offer lifetime maintenance services and a reliable supply of replacement parts to ensure your machine operates smoothly.

Will the packaging protect the machine during transportation?
Absolutely. Our packaging process is designed to withstand multi-way transportation. The machine is first wrapped in waterproof shrink film. It is then securely placed in a robust, fumigation-free wooden crate. We add an additional protective layer of EPE foam, bubble wrap, and cardboard between these two layers to absorb shocks and prevent any damage during transit.

Warranty
We offer one year warranty for our laser product lines and two year warranty for our pneumatic product lines. Wearable parts are not covered under warranty.
